Order cancellation policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and are sent to the warehouse to prepare for shipment as soon as orders are placed. During this process, we are unable to accept requests to cancel orders. However, in the event that you wish to change product color, size, and delivery address, cancellations request will be considered only if the request was made immediately after placing an order. 

Please contact the support team with your order number via email immediately, so that we can help to check your order status. If your order has yet to be processed, we are able to cancel your order. If your order has been processed and is preparing to be shipped, cancellation is not possible. 

 We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis, subject to our sole discretion and all decisions made by ESPL Store are final.  Any order cancellation request sent after the order has been shipped will not be entertained and ESPL Store reserves the right to reject orders cancellation requests at any given time. 

ESPL Store reserves the right to any of the following for any reason and at any time, with or without giving a prior notice to change, revise, amend, delete portions of or add to the terms and conditions of this order cancellation policy.
